The shipping costs for each order are free of charge from €30 of purchase in Spain (peninsula).
The usual delivery time is 48/72 hours on the Iberian peninsula and 7 days on the islands, unless expressly indicated on the item’s data sheet. During holidays and/or other festivities the delivery time may be modified. These delivery times will be counted from the day after the order is placed.

Delivery of orders:
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer, therefore, Bergamota Aromas, S.L. assumes no responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. In the event that the delivery address is incorrect or the addressee subsequently changes it, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-delivery. In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, Bergamota Aromas, S.L. assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the order.
Delivery to hospitals and/or public buildings:
Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels, Public Bodies and other places where there are restrictions on access to the general public, will be delivered at the reception desk, or similar place, provided that hand delivery to the addressee is not possible. In this case, an attempt will be made to collect the signature of the receptionist or similar, and the order will be considered as delivered, and no liability will be assumed for the time after delivery. For a more effective delivery of your order, we need you to make sure that you provide us with as much information as possible such as flat name, room number, floor number, full name of the recipient.
Return of goods
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of return.
Personalised items cannot be returned.
In case of return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, the cost of collection shall be borne by the customer.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included if applicable. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking their condition, we will proceed to refund the full amount in accordance with the method of payment made by the customer. The customer is responsible for sending the goods to our facilities.
The return of defective and/or erroneous products will be admitted, being Bergamota Aromas, S.L. responsible for its collection as long as the client communicates this circumstance in the term of fourteen (14) days counted from the date of reception of the shipment.

International Parcel Delivery
For all other international countries, we offer shipping for a flat rate of $15 per order. Orders over €150 (excluding duties, taxes and shipping) will receive free standard shipping.
